Payton joined the firm in 2025 and is responsible for supporting the growth of MBF’s portfolio companies through originating, evaluating, and closing strategic acquisitions.
Prior to joining MBF, Payton interned for Pharos Capital Group, a middle-market private equity firm headquartered in Dallas, TX, where he supported business development initiatives focused on sourcing and qualifying value-based care investments.
Payton received his B.B.A in Finance from Texas Christian University.
