Matt joined the firm in 2022 and is responsible for supporting the growth of MBF’s portfolio companies through originating, evaluating, and closing strategic acquisitions.
Prior to joining MBF, Matt worked for Cross Keys Capital, a middle-market investment bank headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where he advised on sell-side M&A transactions in the healthcare services industry.
Matt received his M.A. in International Business and B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.
