Concordia Care, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Atlantic Imaging Group and iHCFA

CORAL GABLES, FL –  Strategic Health Services, LLC d/b/a Palm Medical Centers (“PMC”), an MBF Healthcare Partners, L.P. (“MBF”) portfolio company, announced today the acquisition of Katherine O’Flynn, M.D. and Arlene E. Haywood, M.D., P.A., two highly successful pediatric medical practices located in Plantation, FL.

The adjoining practices provide comprehensive pediatric primary care services on an outpatient basis to infants, children and adolescents in surrounding Broward County, FL. With a focus on treating Medicaid and commercial health plan members, often in underserved communities, these practices have been able to provide much needed services in an area of high demand. The practices have also developed effective partnerships with nearby hospitals to ensure continuity of care and cost-effective treatment for their patients. As a longstanding practice with a stable patient roster, Dr. O’Flynn and Dr. Haywood have been able to provide consistent and holistic care to their patients as they mature through the critical early stages of life.
