CORAL GABLES, FL — Affinity Hospice Holdings (“Affinity”), a portfolio company of MBF Healthcare Partners II, L.P. announced today the signing of a definitive purchase agreement to acquire Hands of Mercy Hospice of South Carolina (“Hands of Mercy”), a hospice care company located in Northern South Carolina. This is the first acquisition for Affinity in South Carolina and will lay the foundation for future growth and expansion in South Carolina. The acquisition is anticipated to close in the next 45 days, subject to customary regulatory and licensure approvals.
