Affinity Hospice Holdings Announces Acquisition of Good Samaritan Hospice in North Alabama

Coral Gables, FL — Affinity Hospice Holdings (“Affinity”), a portfolio company of MBF Healthcare Partners II, L.P. announced today the acquisition of Good Samaritan Hospice of Huntsville (“Good Samaritan”) a hospice care company located in Northern Alabama with an average daily census of 92 patients.
